THE AGREEMENTS OF THE GSD ACCELERATOR

Updated - 19th December 2023

You’re about to go on a remarkable journey.

A journey that has changed the lives of thousands of aesthetic business owners, their families and their wider community.

I take my responsibility to build consistent, measurable growth, and beautiful businesses very seriously.

I am serious about your growth.

And I expect you to be serious about it too.

This journey will require you to Be Brave and get outside your comfort zone.

To win bigger than you have previously won.

To create before you feel ready.

To produce innovative materials and solutions.

To put yourself “out there” more often, and to build new collaborations with partners that might seem scary at first.

It will require you to commit to the promises you make to yourself and to keep things in perspective. To celebrate all wins big and small. To support your fellow community members, offer them your best support and raise others if they are down.

And of course you must be willing to DO THE THINGS.

By joining us on this journey we will call on your bravery, your sense of fun and creativity, and the understanding that as a collective we can more than the sum of our parts.

Welcome to the Brave New World.

THE TOP LINE.

My promise to you.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, our programmes don’t do the ‘work’. You need to do the work, and the track record of our clients success speaks to the effectiveness of our programmes and guidance and the environment that we create to support you. That said, none of our speakers, coaches or founders are qualified advisors. Any decisions you make based on any of the information or materials they or we share is general in nature and to be applied at your own risk.

Can I bail out?

Upon joining the GSD Accelerator, your minimum membership term is 3 months. If you are accepted to the mentoring programme, run personally by Richard Crawford-Small, the minimum is 12 months

The membership fee collection will continue automatically on a monthly basis after your first 3 months. If you wish to cancel your membership after your first 3 months, you may do so by sending a notice to withdraw via email with at least 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, please be aware that you will lose access to MAETRIX, all ZoomStorms, coaching sessions and access to our WhatsApp group. If you wish to rejoin the GSD Accelerator at any future point, you must pay the joining fee again.

Refunds

We don’t provide refunds because it gets ‘hard’ or you’re not ‘getting it’ or you ‘change your mind’.

If you don’t show up or choose not to attend sessions, that’s your choice.

We get it. Sometimes stuff happens and life gets in the way, but, to be clear, refunds are not available due to ‘stuff happening’. If a particular life circumstance such as illness, tragedy, travel, pregnancy etc. prevents you from completing the accelerator as intended, please let us know. However, it will be at our discretion as to whether we can offer you with a refund in these circumstances.

Our GSD Business Accelerator is made up of a variety of MasterClasses and in order for you to get the best results, attendance is critical. If you miss a MasterClass, don’t stress too much, all sessions are recorded and you can rewatch them inside MAETRIX.

Just to summarise;

We will deliver an amazing programme

You will commit to a minimum of 3 months and do the work
